TMAB Business Events organises since 2003 each European conference, Garden party, and special celebration (anniversary 50 years of the federation, President’s switch) for BUSINESSEUROPE and this in different locations such as European Parliament, Hilton Hotel, Flagey, European commission (Charlemagne), Castle Saint-Anne.

  • Registration of the participants (badges)
  • Contacts (briefing and follow-up) with all suppliers: catering (participant, staff, VIP lunch), staff, printing, signage, technical appliances, gifts, security and event location

  • Providing of info on transportation
  • Administrative and technical support during the conference
  • General logistics co-ordination of the event
  • Preparation and organisation of preliminary meetings and the reporting
  • Invoicing and final payment
